To ensure lasting beauty, flowers may arrive in bud form and will open to full bloom in 2-3 days, subjected to environmental conditions.

Substitution of any materials may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time.
Our florist will subtitute a similiar element of equal or greater value.

In view of the latest government announcement that Johor Bahru will be under the Movement Control Order (MCO), starting on the 7th May 2021 - 20th May 2021 we strongly encourage our customers to place in their orders early to ensure stock availability. Please also do note, there may be some delay in the delivery time slot, due to road blocks and unforeseen traffic.

Due to the highly fluid situation caused by the COVID-19, flower flights and flower shipments from both overseas as well as domestic are erratic or delayed because of this pandemic.
