  2. When will my credit card be charged?
    • We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. In the event there is a problem and we are unable to secure this authorization, you will be notified immediately on the spot and prompted to used an alternative card. When we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    • Yes, it is safe to use your credit card online. We never send personal information over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. Your information is encrypted and sent over the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

  4. What happens after I place an order?
    • When your order is placed on the website, you will see a "Thank You" page , which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. Your order will then be processed by Kim's Florist.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been downloaded and received at Kim's Florist. If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted either by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.
  5. Do you offer delivery outside of Malaysia?
    • Yes, we do! Kim's Florist is a member of Interflora. Therefore we are able to deliver flowers world-wide.

  6. How are the flowers packed?
    • Each of our arrangements and bouquets are lovingly designed with the freshest flowers available. The wrappings and trimmings that are shown on our website will be replicated as closely as possible. Your flowers and gifts will always arrive with a florist greeting card bearing your personal message.
  7. Why are there "As Shown", "Medium", and "Large" sizes?
    • Our 3 available sizes give our customers the flexibility of upsizing for that extra special occasion, or a smaller size arrangement if they are on a budget but would still like a beautiful gift. The corresponding number of flowers indicated will be used while still keeping the same design and feel.
  8. What are Add-On Gifts and how do I order them?
    • Add-Ons are nice special extras—such as plush toys, chocolates, wines, balloons etc. that would be a lovely addition to your flowers. You will only be able to browse and view the Add-Ons when you checkout your order.
  9. Can I customize my gift?
    • Yes, you can! We completely understand that you'd like your gift to be unique for your loved ones. If nothing catches your fancy on our website, just drop us at email at and we will get in touch with you via phone or email to create the perfect gift for you.
  10. I'm interested in a corporate account. How do I get one and what is the cost?
    • Only companies with valid Business Registration Certificates are eligible corporate accounts. You may submit an online application for a corporate account, which we will be activated after we verify and authenticate the company. Click here for the application form.
    • There are no charges for a corporate account application.
  11. What benefits can a corporate account holders enjoy?
    • Corporate accounts enjoy a special discount of 10% off the retail price all year-round (except the special price and promotional items). More options for payment methods are for corporate accounts by using credit cards, bank-in, cash and cheque payment.
  12. What currency will I be charged in?
    • All of our transactions are made and charged in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
