Kim's Florist accepts all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept payments via Paypal, iPay88, MEPS (Malaysian Electronic Payment System), Maybank2U and bank transfers. Our banking details are as follows:-

Service & Administrative Charge

For orders placed on Kim's Florist website, there will be a flat rate for service and administrative charge of RM 5.00 per order. In the event your order is paid via a credit card there will be an additional charge of a flat rate of RM 5.00 per order.

Promotion Codes

To use a promotion code, have the code ready as you proceed through checkout. On the Billing Page, please enter the code correctly into the box that is labeled "Promotion Code"

Please note that certain items are not eligible for promotion codes or able to be used during peak season.

Order & Delivery E-Mail Confirmation

After your order is submitted, you will receive TWO emails with status of your order.

  • An ORDER CONFIRMATION email, informing you that your order has been received.
  • A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION email informing you that your order has been delivered. This email will be sent at the end of our working hours for same day delivery.

Please be sure to enter a valid email address when filling up our Billing Information section to ensure that you receive these confirmation emails.

Should you not receive this email within 2 hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to heavy traffic. If this happens, please do not hesitate to contact us at +607-2243663 to ensure that your order is being processed.

Order Tracking

Please remember that our normal delivery hours are between 12.00pm to 5.00pm local time. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.

If a valid email address has been provided when placing an order, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive it from the drivers or at the end of our working day.

Cancellation Of Order

We understand that your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your request as best as we can. Kindly please note the following :-

  • If your order is presently en route, has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it. The full price still applies.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours (working hours/1 working day) in advance. Otherwise a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.
  • Please email cancellation requests to us at with your confirmation order number.

* Working days are defined as Sunday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working days of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. the time frame for the credit to show in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.

Credit will be made via the same mode that it was submitted. For example if payment was made with a credit card via our payment gateway, we will issue the refund by crediting the credit card account.


Substitution may be necessary to ensure that your order arrives on time:- eg. a specific basket, vase, box, soft toy, gourmet gifts etc. Our designers will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.

In single-variety arrangements, variety will take precedence over color. For an example, if we are out of 'red roses' we will substitute with another color of roses, not another type of flower. We use only the freshest flower, thus making substitution depending on season availability.

When substitution is needed, our designers will ensure that the "look and feel" of the arrangement will be maintained.
